Whether you are an employee, producer, partner, or community member, here you can submit compliments, suggestions, complaints, criticisms, or whistleblowing.

Your feedback directly contributes to strengthening our values, improving processes, and building a more ethical, fair, and transparent environment.

Because doing things differently also means valuing listening and dialogue.

  • In person: People and Sustainability Department
    Legal and Compliance Department

  • Internal physical form: Standard “Incident Report” form, available in all departments of the company. To be deposited in the box located at the entrance to Line I.

  • Ethics Channel: An external channel for recording complaints, concerns, or reports related to ethical conduct in the corporate environment. The ethics channel contracted by CTA is Contato Seguro.

  • For complaints related to human rights, use Disque 100 (national service, available 24 hours a day).
